We’re proud to share that April Wells, owner of Gauthier Family Home Care, has been honored by Rising Together—a Heather Mahoney Photography project that celebrates 50 local women each year who inspire positive change and value collaboration over competition.
April’s leadership is rooted in compassion, lived experience, and a deep commitment to relationship-centered care. Through Gauthier Family Home Care, she leads a dedicated team focused on helping seniors age safely, comfortably, and with a true sense of belonging at home. Her impact extends beyond home care through her advocacy work, community involvement, and passion for supporting families through some of life’s most challenging moments.
This recognition reflects not only April’s leadership but also the values that guide our entire organization: empathy, connection, and care that strengthen individuals, families, and the community as a whole.
