August Caregiver of the Month – Ella Mondroski

Ella has worked for us here at Gauthier Family Home Care since May of 2023. Ella started with us and had no professional experience and worked for us during the summer until she had to go back to college. When she asked if she was able to come back and work for us, we didn’t hesitate to say yes.

Ella is fantastic with her clients and always makes them fall in love with her. Ella has such a great personality! She is super sweet and is always making sure her clients feel well cared for and are happy with her care. All of her clients have asked to continue to have her on their schedule. Her clients do know that she has to go back to school, which a lot of clients don’t like, but they all ask to keep her until the last day possible.

Ella continues to have great attendance and is always on time, which is one of our favorite things about her. Clients love having caregivers who show up for them, and Ella as well as many of our other caregivers do! She is always willing to pick up last minute shifts, which helps us out so much! She is also great at communicating with us, anytime she has questions or concerns, she doesn’t hesitate to ask or offer to help out more.

We are so grateful to have Ella on our team here at Gauthier. Again, please help us by congratulating Ella as our August Caregiver of the Month.
