July Caregiver of the Month – Valarie Coleman
Valarie has only worked for us here at Gauthier Family Home Care since April of 2024. Even though she has been with us for a short amount of time, we have already seen and experienced how great she has been as an employee. Valarie has such a great personality and always makes her clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
When Valarie came on board with us, she didn’t have any professional experience, only personal. Here at Gauthier, when we have caregivers apply who have personal experience, we love having them join our team. This is because they tend to be more empathetic with the family, as well as they have a different outlook on the experience that they are walking into.
Valarie is great at communicating with us here in the office as well as with her clients. She is always willing to pick up extra shifts to help out. Every client that she goes to, they are always asking if they can have her back.
We are so grateful to have Valarie on our team here at Gauthier. Again, please help us by congratulating Valarie as our July Caregiver of the Month.
