Please help us to congratulate Kim Doyle as we honor her as our March Caregiver of the Month!
March Caregiver of the Month: Kim Doyle
Kim has been with Gauthier since 2017. Kim has been such a great addition to Gauthier! She is such a go getter and makes sure that her clients have everything that they need. She is always willing to pick up last-minute shifts to help out. Kim does have another full-time job but is always trying to help out in any way.
Kim is great at communicating with us and her clients. Kim always comes to us with concerns about clients to make sure everything is how it is supposed to be. Kim never calls in unless she has an emergency, which really helps us out in the office. Kim’s clients love this about her, because they know they can count on her to be at her shifts and give 100 percent.
Kim’s coworkers also only have good things to say about her. They know that she is going to get her job done as well as help with other things that most people don’t think about. She makes sure everything is organized and clean before she leaves her shifts.
For all the reasons listed here, we want to honor Kim as our March Caregiver of the Month. A big thank you to Kim for continuing to be amazing at her job and to this community here at Gauthier Family Home Care. We are very honored to have Kim as part of our family.
