March Caregiver of the Month – Michaela Harris
Michaela has only worked for us at Gauthier since December of 2024. She has continued to show us time and time again that she was made to work in this field. She has regularly worked with 1 client full time, and in this time she has created such a great bond with her client due to her eager and persistent personality. Her kind heart and bubbly personality is what makes her such a great fit for this field.
Michaela has great attendance, and always is willing to pick up shifts. Her client and their family truly adore her. She is great at communicating with us and we can’t thank her enough for the amazing care she continues to give.
We are so grateful to have Michaela on our team here at Gauthier! Again, please help us in congratulating Michaela as our March Caregiver of the Month!
