Caregiver of the Month November 2023
Please help us to congratulate Julie Hatfield as we honor her as our November Caregiver of the Month!
Julie has been a caregiver with GFHC since October of 2022. Julie has been such a blessing to our clients as they all fall in love with her the moment they meet her. Julie works a full-time job, but always tries to work around her schedule to help out and pick up extra shifts every moment that she can.
Julie told us when we hired her, that her biggest regret was not becoming a nurse. We can tell you that Julie would be a “phenomenal” nurse! Julie provides the sense of comfort to all of her clients that they long for. The clients know they are going to be safe, happy and well taken care of when Julie is there.
Julie is AMAZING when it comes to communication. She always reaches out if she can pick up extra shifts. She is a scheduler’s dream communicator. If we text her about a shift, she ALWAYS responds, even if it’s a no. Julie is also fantastic with attendance, she always gives enough notice if she can’t make a shift. As a scheduler, these are two components that make all the difference when trying to get things covered.
For all of the reason’s listed, we would like to honor and thank Julie for everything she is and does for our company and most importantly our clients. She is such an incredible part of our family here at Gauthier and we feel honored to be able to work with her.
