October Caregiver of the Month – Lauren Delaney
Lauren has worked for us here at Gauthier Family Home Care since July of 2024. Even though she has only worked for us for a short time, she has continued to show us how great she is! Prior to starting with us, she only had 3 ½ months of experience and was willing to learn and try new things.
Lauren is fantastic with her clients and makes them all feel supported and comfortable. Lauren has a great personality for this field which makes clients feel more comfortable having someone come into their home.
Lauren has great attendance and is always on time, which our clients and all of us in the office look for in a caregiver. She continues to help us out by picking up shifts last minute or add more to her schedule.
We are so grateful to have Lauren on our team here at Gauthier! Again, please help us by congratulating Lauren as our October Caregiver of the Month.
