September Caregiver of the Month – Heaven Henne
Heaven has worked for us here at Gauthier Family Home Care since June of 2024. Heaven had about 5 years of experience when she started with us. Since June, Heaven has continued to show us time and time again how reliable and fantastic she is. Heaven never calls in, and is always on time, which our clients and all of us in the office love!
Heaven has a great personality, which makes her clients feel very comfortable. Her clients rave about how great she is, and she continues to prove that to them. A client’s dream caregiver is someone who shows up on time, is reliable, and makes them feel like they still have independence. All of these things, Heaven does for her clients.
Heaven is always willing to pick-up last-minute shifts if she can. This is a schedulers dream caregiver, as it helps ease stress from our scheduler when caregivers pick up last minute shifts.
We are so grateful to have Heaven on our team here at Gauthier! Again, please help us in congratulating Heaven as our September Caregiver of the Month!
