Yolanda has been with Gauthier since April of 2022. Prior to working with GFHC, she only had a year of homecare experience.  She also helped take care of her family and husband at various points in her life. Yolanda is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Her smile is intoxicating, and her demeanor is that of gratitude, which is impressive. Her calming nature and giving spirit draw the clients to her, which is represented in their requests to always have her back!

Yolanda also ALWAYS comes to the caregiver functions that we plan, which we absolutely love. Her presence adds so much to the group gatherings.  Attendance at these luncheons also helps us build relationships with our caregivers, which is very important to us here at Gauthier.  We are a better team when we know and care about each other and then can go out into the world and care for our clients!

Yolanda is one of the most reliable caregivers we’ve ever had. She is one that if she says she’ll take a shift, you know you can count on her to be there.  Her dedication is impressive, not only to the clients, but the administration here at Gauthier too.  One thing that clients want when they come to us is consistency, so this is key for us to be able to provide, and Yolanda makes it easy!

We would like to honor and thank Yolanda for everything she does for our clients as well as for our company. Yolanda is such a great addition to our team, we wish we could have 10 more of her.
