Spend Time with Their Senior
One important task on your list can simply be spending time with your elderly family member. That means quality time where you’re just enjoying each other’s company. It’s easier to do than you might expect and there aren’t any chores more important than having that time together.

Serve as a Health Liaison
It’s also important to remember that you’re going to be the advocate for your senior. As her health changes, it might be more difficult for her to keep up with what’s going on. That’s where your assistance can be incredibly valuable and where you can do some of the most good for her.

There’s a lot that you do as a caregiver. Some of those tasks might be ones that you can delegate to someone else, like a senior care provider. Take the time to determine what you need to handle on your own and what you can have someone else take care of for you and then let them do so.
